Having an experienced perspective on the current state of business helps validate known gaps and uncover unknown opportunities.
- Fractional Leadership: I work with teams to synchronize technology, people, processes, and systems, ensuring that each day and every individual knows their role and value by design. If everyone has the responsibility for maintaining this macro view, then no one has it.
